Subscription photo app Glass updates branding

Subscription photo app Glass has updated its branding to present a more appropriate wordmark. Citing that the original script-based logo didn’t translate well to an app icon, the company redesigned the logo to a version shown at the right. Patrons (paid customers) have access to a fresh batch of alternate icons.

Back in 2022, the Dead Pixels Society interviewed Glass community manager Daniel Agee about the service, which was then a year old. Agee has since departed Glass for Good Fight, a small independent publisher of photo books and short documentary films. Agee was succeeded by Amanda Powell. Below is the 2022 interview:
